Movie Poster, Poster

Information design project where I collected 100 movie posters, ran them through photoshop layer filters until I got the desired result. The result is a high map highlighting the most used layout in movie poster compositions. Are the headers mainly on the top or bottom. In this case, all over the place.

Previous iterations on the project. I decided not to go with these because they didn’t display the movie posters the way I wanted. I wanted a more heat signature look to the poster. That way it accurately represents the data.
